This pod takes you straight to Willie's cacao farm in Venezuela. One of the wonders of the world is walking up into the cloud forest, through the shafts of sunlight glancing off the multi-coloured pods that jut straight from the thick trunks of the trees. It was there that Willie first tasted real chocolate, and started on the road to making some of the world’s great single estate chocolate from the bean, in his factory in Devon.
